Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 72hrs.  Your Sea Moss Gel is made fresh to order. Please note we only ship Monday-Thursday to ensure freshness.  All our jars are sealed airtight to keep your Sea Moss as fresh as possible. We also use Lemon or Lime to act as a natural shelf life stabiliser and to help preserve the sea moss until it reaches your refrigerator. 

We ship via Australia Post using express or our Courier Company, please allow 1-3 days for shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your sea moss is shipped to you.
